Austin Schuster is the President and founder of NYC Living Realty. He opened the firm in 1999 with the belief that a real estate firm could prosper by doing two things really, really well: know the market and truly care about clients. Austin feels that good relationships lead to good transactions and the success of NYC Living has proved his philosophy works. Prior to launching his own business, Austin was one of the top producers at two of New York’s other leading real estate companies. Through the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Austin and his firm have access to virtually all of the real estate listings in New York. Through REBNY, the firm also markets properties to 1000’s of brokerage companies in the city and worldwide. Austin’s commitment to client service, attention to detail, and deep understanding of New York’s unique real estate market gives his clients and customers a significant advantage. Austin’s commitment to exceeding clients’ expectations is shared by everyone at NYC Living. Austin is motivated by his need to make people happy. He combines this unique trait with a singularly professional approach to buying and selling real estate.
