The Concorde

NYC Living was the exclusive marketing and sales agent for the sale of 54 residential condominiums in The Concorde, one of the Upper East Side's most luxurious buildings.
To maximize the potential of the sales, NYC Living was on-site from the beginning of the sales process to the closing of the last unit. Our on-site team was the best, most professional and sophisticated group of sales agents in the city and the results prove it.
The 54 units were sold in just 90 days, more than two years ahead of schedule.
Through the sales period, NYC Living Realty and its principals advised the seller to raise prices 14 times, resulting in total sales that far exceeded expectations.
NYC Living created and managed all advertising and promotions and created excitement in the broker community. The firm designed an on-site sales office, hosted all showings, and managed all closings.
